My father, Tony Kovschak, recently passed away. He left a Starduster Too almost complete. The plane is covered and two coats of grey primer. It has passed the FAA exam before final inspection upon completion. Has a 120 Lycoming w/prop and full instruments, front and rear. Central wing tank, and tank in front of front seat. It requires final assembly. He has stainless wing and tail wires, alone which cost $2500 from Ireland. This was his third Starduster. He built the first Starduster Two while in Lancaster working at Edwards. He was friends with the original crew on the Stardusters. He was in aircraft continuously from 1942 and retired from GD and AeroSpatiale. I promise you, this is a homebuilt like no other. The plane resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
