The Acroduster is primarily a "plans built" aircraft. The "kits" that you buy from Aircraft Spruce are essentially a set of raw materials for each particular assembly. To directly answer your question, no, the kits will not give you a complete aircraft, minus engine. There are several additional things that will need to be purchased. Things like, wheels, brakes, control linkages, instruments, etc..
The "kits" of materials that Aircraft Spruce provides, should give you 90% of what you need to build it. There is often things of personal preference that will not be included, such as whether you want spring landing gear or bungee landing gear. And there seems to be one or two things missing from the list on their website, such as a fuselage kit. It is probably just an oversite on the web page, so you will probably have to ask AS directly about it.
The Starduster Company used to provide pre-welded fuselages and pre-assembled wings. I'm not sure if AS does this. But you might want to call and ask them. I know that they provide these things for some other aircraft on a request basis.
