The current Order for certification is FAA Order 8130.2F Airworthiness Certification Of Aircraft and Related Products. I checked the most recent requirements and Order 8130.2F does not call out requiring AD's. However if your aircraft was certificated using a older vision of 8130.2 it may of required the owner to comply with AD's at that time. If your limitations require AD's to be complied with have the MIDO or FSDO resissue them to 8130.2F.

I have reissued several phase 2 limitations and it gives the owner more lead way in some cases. But if you have a one page limitation you may want to keep them.
