Daniel is correct. the sensenich website has the AD posted verbatim and lists all engine prop combos. The AD is a Sensenich AD and applies to the prop, not the engine. The hollow crank allows the metal prop (in some applications) to vibrate at a frequency which can lead to blade failure. It does not technically apply to experimental category aircraft, but the laws of physics don't much care....
