I've been installing plywood leading edges. Its working out great, but is taking forever. The wallpaper steamer works great with the plywood draped over a 1" galvanized pipe with a little weight clamped to each edge. two or three hours to form then have to leave for several days to take a set before taking the weight off. I used basswood plywood on the wingtips, as suggested here, worked great.
Now I'm trying to figure out how I should back up the aluminum fairings around the aileron bellcranks and the I-strut attach points. I'm hoping someone has some construction pictures to help me out. As always, thanks for your help.
